PDG Architects was contracted by NOV for the renovation of an existing tilt-wall warehouse facility to house three of the company’s departments. The interior of this 250,000-sqaure foot facility was demolished, and 30,000-square feet of newly designed office space was added.

 

The remainder of the facility was converted into fully air-conditioned warehouse/manufacturing space. The renovation included repairs to the existing foundation as well as aesthetic enhancements such as the selection of a new exterior color scheme and the addition of awnings. Site work included new parking areas, sidewalks and roadways.
